General Obligation Bonds on your property tax bill:
The Piner-Olivet Union School District has four General Obligation Bonds that appear on the property tax bill of property owners within the District boundaries. These are the series 1995, 1997, 2011, and 2021 authorizations. General Obligation Bonds do not have exemptions for rate payers. Only Parcel Taxes have exemptions for rate payers and Piner-Olivet Union School District does not have any parcel taxes.
