The POUSD Payroll office is staffed by Phet Keobounleuang, Payroll and Benefits Technician, who brings over 10 years of experience in finance, bookkeeping, and accounting. Phet is a longtime resident of the Piner-Olivet Union School District community. She began her career with the district as an Account Technician and CALPADS Coordinator and later transitioned to her current role in Payroll and Benefits.

**All substitutes must be registered in the Frontline Absence Management system before beginning work.

Important Information for Supplemental Timesheets

Supplemental Timesheet Checklist
Deadline:

Submit by the 1st of the month, 3:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted)
If the 1st falls on a weekend, submit on the next business day

Required on Every Timesheet:

Site Administrator’s initials
Exact hours worked
If substituting:
- Name of person covered or job title of the person you are subbing for
- Detailed description of duties
- For CALLBACKs: Employee should fill in hours worked only (not CALLBACK hours to be paid), and Site Administrator must initial the CALLBACK section

Employee Responsibility:

Ensure the timesheet is promptly submitted to the district office with supervisor approval to avoid payment delays

Double-check dates and hours
Include all details for substituted duties
Employee signature on timesheet
