Welcome to Student Support Services

​Student Support Services
The POUSD Student Support Services department is directed by Tami Pallingston, M.A. The department is staffed with a psychologist, counselor, speech and language pathologist, education specialist teachers, occupational therapist, adaptive PE teacher, registered nurse, license vocational nurse, and specialized assistants.
​
Tami has over 15 years experience in public education as a special education administrator and special education teacher.  Tami earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, and Master of Arts in Education Administration from San Francisco State University.
