The Toolbox Project
We have been implementing the Toolbox Project, a social and emotional learning curriculum, across Kindergarten through Sixth Grades. "The Toolbox curriculum teaches 12 simple yet powerful 'tools.' With practice, and in a classroom community that shares them, these tools become powerful personal and social skills: self-awareness, self-management, relationship skills and responsible decisionmaking. The common language and simple techniques help children to quickly adopt the tools and use them with autonomy and effectiveness." (dovetaillearning.org).
